You are buying replies, meaning written responses placed under comments on one YouTube video. It suits a creator whose public video has comments sitting with no answers and who wants threads to appear under them. The order needs the video's public URL and nothing from your login. A private video, or a link people cannot open, is not a fit.

A private video, a deleted video or a wrong URL cannot be fixed after the order is placed, and those cases are outside the refund remedy, as are overlapping orders from another provider on the same link. Each order uses one public video URL, so a second video needs its own order. The package carries no delivery note, so no specific time is promised beyond the general window.
A reply is a written response under a comment. It is not a comment on the video itself, a like or a subscriber, and bought replies are not real opinions from your audience. YouTube decides how videos and comments are surfaced, so no reach, rankings or growth are promised.
