How it works

How membership rewards work

Lifetime payments set your tier

Completed orders and deposits both count. Your tier updates on its own as that lifetime total grows.

Deposits unlock the bonus and points

When you add funds, your current tier adds a deposit bonus and redeem points. Points are earned for every 100 USD deposited.

Redeem points as balance

Each point adds 1 USD to your account balance. The smallest amount you can redeem is 1 point.

At VIP, deposits include a 10% bonus. A 100 USD deposit adds 10 USD extra to your balance.

Support priority

Support tickets keep the priority of your tier, from Normal through VIP. Higher tiers are handled ahead of lower ones.

Redeem points

At Plus, every 100 USD deposited earns 0.5 points. Redeem them on your rewards page at 1 point = 1 USD.
