Website content and use

GTR Socials owns the rights to the content, branding, and materials on this website. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or alter them without our written permission, except where the law allows (for example, fair use).

What our services are for

GTR Socials provides social signals (followers, likes, views, and similar) for credibility and visibility, not as a substitute for real marketing strategy or guaranteed engagement. We do not promise specific comments, shares, or long-term retention from every package.

Third-party platforms may change their rules. Buying growth services can, in rare cases, contribute to account reviews or restrictions. We are independent of Meta, X (Twitter), Google, TikTok, and other networks—we are not endorsed by them.

You are responsible for keeping your profiles interesting and compliant with each platform's own terms. You are also responsible for how numbers look across your accounts (for example, balancing followers and engagement so they look natural).

Accounts, orders, and fair use

We may refuse service or close accounts if we detect abuse, fraud, chargebacks used in bad faith, or behaviour that puts other customers or our systems at risk. Where we refuse service without completing delivery, we may refund amounts that were paid into your GTR balance according to our Refund Policy.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not try to break security, overload our systems, tamper with other users' data, or use the site in any way other than as offered (including automated scraping where it is not allowed).

Information you send us

We only need the information required to deliver your order (for example, public URLs and order details). Anything else you send may be treated as non-confidential feedback unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You give us a simple, royalty-free licence to use non-personal submissions (such as generic feedback) to improve the product, unless the law says we cannot.

Campaigns and measurement

If you run overlapping campaigns from multiple providers on the same target while a GTR order is active, it can skew reporting and delivery. Where our terms refer to responsibility for results during a campaign window, that language is meant to describe attribution for delivery we control—not to waive your rights under applicable consumer law.

GTR may pause or stop service if we reasonably believe an order is being used to deceive end users, violate a platform's rules, or harm other customers.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTR Socials and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited (for example, some statutory consumer rights in your country).

We are not liable for platform bans, algorithm changes, or losses that are outside our reasonable control, except where we have been grossly negligent or where the law requires otherwise.

Refunds and wallet balance

If we cannot meet a commitment covered by our guarantee, we will work through support to put it right—including refunds of unused wallet balance where our Refund Policy says so. We generally do not refund the face value of completed service packages back to a card when delivery has already run; the Refund Policy explains the details.

Free credits or promotional funds we add to your account are not cash and are not withdrawable.

Whole agreement and ending service

These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the main agreement between you and us about using GTR Socials.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if we wind down a product line—with notice where we reasonably can.
