Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional areas of the website or to particular negotiations or content posted on the site, in conjunction with the actual Terms of Use Agreement.

GTR holds the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions Agreement at any time. Customers who use the GTR's website agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Use Agreement. The current revision date of the Terms of Use Agreement is listed below.

GTR possesses full intellectual property rights to all content, images and visual elements on the website. This information may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, or altered unless expressly authorized by Buy Real Marketing.

We reserve the right to refuse servicing customers without official explanation and in such cases, we shall refund in full the amounts disbursed to GTR accounts.

As you are bound by the Terms of Agreement, you must indemnify, defend and hold GTR free from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Terms of Service in using Buy Real Marketing's services. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold GTR harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Any potential customer agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others or cause damage to the content, service or website. As a user you agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is intended.

GTR only requires confidential information that enables to pursue the service. Any other material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential. You authorize GTR the royalty free irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute in whole or in part, the submission in any manner it sees fit.

This Terms of Use Agreement with GTR constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The term of this Agreement will begin upon GTR's acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If GTR determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you.

You may not run other marketing campaigns while your GTR campaign is running. We use specific statistics to measure our clients' campaigns, which running simultaneous campaigns may interfere with. If you run other campaigns, then you agree that Buy Real Marketing is responsible for every follower, view, comment, like, visit, and/or vote that you gain during the marketing campaign.

GTR offers its customers the option to refund their money if a customer's needs are not met. These must be processed in due diligence and due process. GTR reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction. We refund only balance of customer's GTR account and We don't refund purchased services value. Read our Refund Policy for more information.
