If you add money to your GTR Socials wallet and decide we are not the right fit, you can request a refund of the unused balance within 30 days of that deposit. After that window, remaining balance stays in your account for future orders but is not eligible for a cash refund.

Timing matters
Balance refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of loading funds. Redelivery requests must fall within 60 days of the original order date.

Automation starts immediately. If the link or handle is wrong, we usually cannot edit or cancel after submission—please review carefully before placing your order.
Delay still inside the window
Delivery ranges from about a minute to five days. A delay inside that range is not automatically a refund case. Past five days without completion—reach out.
Duplicate overlapping orders
Placing the same service on the same link before the first run finishes can confuse delivery. We do not refund duplicate orders caused this way.
Natural drop-off
If counts fall below where you started because of normal platform churn—not a proven fault in our delivery—refills and refunds do not apply.
Mixing providers on same link
If similar services from other vendors are running on the same URL, we cannot sort out conflicting results—refunds do not apply in that scenario.
Instructions ignored
Please wait at least 48 hours before opening a case. If the account was private, the URL was wrong, or required format was ignored, we cannot honor a refund.
Account safety
We are not responsible for suspensions or bans unless we are clearly and demonstrably the direct cause. We deliver gradually and platform-consciously, but we do not control how networks enforce their own rules.
