We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Below is how refunds and balance withdrawals work in practice—written plainly while still covering the details that keep expectations clear for everyone.


Money-back on your balance

If you add money to your GTR Socials wallet and decide we are not the right fit, you can request a refund of the unused balance within 30 days of that deposit. After that window, remaining balance stays in your account for future orders but is not eligible for a cash refund.

We do not offer lifetime money-back policies. The 30-day window keeps pricing fair while giving you real time to evaluate the platform.

Timing matters

Balance refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of loading funds. Redelivery requests must fall within 60 days of the original order date.


When we will refund or make it right

We stand behind every delivery. You are generally eligible for a refund or credit when:

  • We cannot complete your order within the campaign window and quantity shown for that service on our site.
  • We fail to deliver as described even though you followed our guidelines (public link, correct format, etc.).
  • You request a refund of unused wallet balance within the 30-day period described above.

New accounts often receive a small free credit—use it to test speed and quality before adding your own funds. That is the lowest-risk way to see if we are a match.


When we typically cannot refund

Social campaigns start quickly and rely on information you provide. To stay fair to every customer, we cannot refund when the problem is outside our control or the order was placed against our guidelines.

Link or content removed

If the post, profile, or URL is deleted or made unavailable after you order, we cannot complete delivery and cannot treat it as a refund case on our side.

Private accounts or posts

We need public access. If the target goes private before or during delivery, the order may process without delivery. Double-check visibility before ordering.

Wrong URL or username

Automation starts immediately. If the link or handle is wrong, we usually cannot edit or cancel after submission—please review carefully before placing your order.

Delay still inside the window

Delivery ranges from about a minute to five days. A delay inside that range is not automatically a refund case. Past five days without completion—reach out.

Duplicate overlapping orders

Placing the same service on the same link before the first run finishes can confuse delivery. We do not refund duplicate orders caused this way.

Natural drop-off

If counts fall below where you started because of normal platform churn—not a proven fault in our delivery—refills and refunds do not apply.

Mixing providers on same link

If similar services from other vendors are running on the same URL, we cannot sort out conflicting results—refunds do not apply in that scenario.

Instructions ignored

Please wait at least 48 hours before opening a case. If the account was private, the URL was wrong, or required format was ignored, we cannot honor a refund.

Account safety

We are not responsible for suspensions or bans unless we are clearly and demonstrably the direct cause. We deliver gradually and platform-consciously, but we do not control how networks enforce their own rules.


Delivery times and tracking

  • Some services start in about a minute; most land within a day or two under normal load.
  • Allow up to five days on heavy or premium queues.
  • If nothing has moved after five days, contact us for a refund on that order.
