Before you order
Check the link before you pay. The post has to be public, and the link should open when you are logged out. A private account, a deleted post or a wrong URL cannot be fixed after the order is placed, and those cases are outside the refund remedy, as are overlapping orders from another provider on the same link. Each order uses one public post URL, so a second post needs its own order.
Quantity is the main choice, since there is only one package. The package name says All Links, and the facts here do not spell out what that covers, so read the order card before you decide. It carries no delivery note, so no specific time is promised beyond the general window.

Here is one example, not a customer story. Say someone has published a public Instagram post with a step-by-step guide and wants to see how a saves order looks. Save | All Links is the only package, so the decision is the quantity.
They would choose a number near the 10 minimum, paste the post's public URL, and check out. What arrives is that number of saves on the post, following the delivery window above. Nothing about reach, Explore placement or sales is promised.
If they later wanted likes or comments instead, those are separate services. The order card shows the live price for the quantity they pick.
